Amazing Pancakes

My family came over the other day for brunch and I made Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. They are amazing! The recipe comes from William Sonoma and they turned out so well. Almost forgot to add an ingredient, but it all worked out just fine. I forgot to take a picture so you'll just have to take my word for it. :o)
